YRF1500 double-fed wind turbine generator set

Brief introduction of product:
YRF1500 wind turbine generator set of 1.5MW for single set designed and manufactured independently by Shenyang Yuanda Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. The generator room for this wind power generator set is designed with flow line transition figure. The total weight (blades and hub excluded) is 66.6t, the length of blades is 37.5m, the diameter of the wind rotor is 77m and the rated output power is 1500kW.

Character and features:
YRF1500 wind turbine generator set is designed for different wind areas in China. It is characterized in low starting speed of 3.5m/s and low rated speed of 11m/s. We spread our products to inner mainland, coastal and offshore island. Two types of both normal and low temperature are available, the sand-proof design is more adaptable to the local market in China

1. Requires low rated wind speed only and suitable for IECIII wind area;
2. Low temperature operation, normal operation is available in -30℃ and the lowest survival temperature is -40℃;
3. 6th generation of Mita control system is adopted, high reliability and disturbance-resistance;
4. LUST pitch control system by super capacitor, high reliability, long service life, low maintenance cost;
5. Special converter for wind power, modularization design, easy maintenance;
6. The cut-in wind speed is 3.5m/s, the rated wind speed is 11m/s, which lower the required speed and lengthen the annual efficient working time and improved the annual power performance.
7. Super capacitance variable blade design of LUST is adopted. The service life is 5 times as common storage batteries. It is easy to be maintained and environment friendly.
8. Dust proof design is applied in the generator room and heat radiation parts to work against the wind-sand air in northern wind plants of China.
